1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lassare’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Our services are designed for business and professional use. By creating an account, you represent that you are acting in a professional or business capacity.

2. Description of Service

Lassare provides a human-in-the-loop platform for AI agents, enabling approval workflows, question routing, and notification management. Our services include:

API access for AI agent integration
MCP server for Claude Code and other AI assistants
Web portal for configuration and management
Notification channels (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Email)

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

Provide accurate registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be at least 16 years of age

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
Transmit malware or harmful code
Abuse, harass, or threaten others
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

5. API Usage and Rate Limits

API usage is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier
Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary suspension
We reserve the right to modify rate limits with notice

6. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice
Failure to pay may result in service suspension

7. Right of Withdrawal

Lassare is a digital service intended for business and professional use. When you upgrade to a paid subscription, you will be asked to consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)). If you do not consent, you may not proceed with the upgrade.

8. Intellectual Property

Lassare retains all rights to the service and its content
You retain ownership of your data
You grant us a license to use your data to provide the service
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that:

You are responsible for the data you submit
We may access your data to provide support or investigate issues
We do not use your data for AI model training

10. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party services (Slack, Microsoft Teams, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to those services’ terms.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LASSARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lassare and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time
We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately
Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunale di Cagliari, Italy.

17. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lassare
Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
You may not assign your rights without our consent
